ALTER-EU response to the European Commission's 'State of Play' concerning Expert Groups

Executive summary / policy recommendations: 

While the Commission has made efforts to review and modify groups, it is clear that it has not met the conditions set by MEPs in lifting the budget reserve. MEPs should demand a clear timetable and agenda for how and when the Commission will meet

those conditions in a satisfactory manner, if the Commission is able to do so at all.
