Documents obtained from 'Registrar of Companies', including a copy of the certificate of registration (2 Nov 2010) and a form for the appointment of Mr. Lönngren as director (10 nov 2010) in replacement of the attorney who registered the company on his behalf and resigned the same day. Mr. Lönngren was director of EMA at the time.
